How does our delivery and return policy work?
Please note that during October 09th - 15th 2019 orders will be shipped out on October 16th 2019.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. That's why we care so much about a hassle-free purchase to delivery customer experience, which gives you the time and freedom to focus on your active lifestyle.
It is our priority to ship your order as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Our preferred delivery partner is DHL/ Deutsche Post and depending on the available shipping method you have chosen during the checkout process, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you during the checkout procedure.
All sent out orders will have a unique tracking number which we provide to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can check the status of your delivery any time.
All shipping rates are quoted in US$.
How much do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above US$ 80.
For any order value below US$ 80, we charge a weight based shipping fee:
- up to 0.5 kg: US$ 9
- up to 1 kg: US$ 12
- up to 2 kg: US$ 22
If your order needs to be split in multiple deliveries, there will be no extra charges to you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please note that during August 26th - 29th 2019 orders will be shipped out on August 30th 2019.
Any international orders are estimated to be delivered from 5-8 business days.
Do I need to pay for customs?
International orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid and may be subject to import duty fees and taxes in your destination country. Additional duties and taxes that may be charged, are the recipient’s responsibility and those charges must be paid by the recipient.
As customs and duty fees vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local custom office for further information.
JBI Styles does not accept any responsibility or liability for custom delays, duties and taxes that may be applied in your destination country. JBI Styles does not accept any orders back due to rejection of custom charges.
Which delivery addresses can I provide?
During the online purchase process, you will be asked to provide a preferred delivery address. In case you’re not at home during the day, you may provide your office address or a friend’s address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Packstations.
In case the delivery courier has just missed you, you will receive a pick-up note in your inbox by the courier service.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We currently deliver to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand South Africa, United Kingdom and USA.
How can I return or exchange an order?
If you’re not happy with the delivered products, for reasons we cannot foresee, you have the right to return or exchange your purchased items within 30 days after delivery received.
Items eligible for returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage, including but not limited to smoke, stains, odors, or anything deemed to make the products non-resellable. Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging and attached to the original tag.
Please be aware that shipping fees on international return shipments are the customer's expense.
Once we receive the return items, please allow us 8-10 business days to assess the returned goods and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or Paypal account, depending on your chosen payment method during the order checkout.
